We're hiring on behalf of a well-established manufacturer supplying specialist products to leading airlines worldwide. With a strong international footprint and ambitious growth plans for the European market, they're now looking for a driven International Business Development Executive to help take things to the next level. This is a business development role, not an account management. You'll be out in the market, opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals across the European aviation sector. What you'll be doing Driving new business across European airlines and aviation industry decision-makers Building and nurturing relationships with engineering, branding and purchasing teams Engaging with MROs, design houses, OEMs and aircraft seat manufacturers Representing the company at international trade shows Travelling regularly across Europe What you'll bring A proven track record of winning new business in a competitive industry Willingness to travel regularly across Europe Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships A hungry, energetic, "can-do" mindset Confidence using digital and social media to promote products Full, clean driver's licence Nice to have: aviation industry experience, spoken French or German, third-level qualification.
