The Noel Group is currently recruiting a Hotel Senior Wedding Executive on behalf of a leading hotel client. This opportunity would suit an organised and enthusiastic hospitality professional with a genuine passion for delivering memorable wedding experiences and exceptional service for couples on their special day. Responsibilities of a Senior Wedding Executive: Handle wedding enquiries and provide show-arounds for prospective couples Coordinate weddings from the initial consultation stage through to the wedding day itself Develop strong client relationships and support couples in bringing their vision to life Prepare event proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)/function documentation Liaise with hotel departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery Manage event schedules, invoicing, and final account reconciliation Confirm all operational details including room layouts and dietary requirements Work towards agreed sales targets while maintaining accurate reporting and planning processes Support wedding campaigns and promotional activity in collaboration with the Marketing team Requirements of a Senior Wedding Executive: Several years' experience in wedding coordination or hotel events is essential Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Commercially aware with a proactive and sales-oriented approach Professional and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding guest experiences Comfortable working in a busy hospitality setting Understanding of marketing activities and willingness to work alongside the Marketing team Benefits of the role: Salary ranging from €40,000 to €45,000 DOE Meals provided during shifts and uniform supplied Employee discounts within the hotel group Gym membership and spa-related discounts Parking facilities and Bike-to-Work scheme Ongoing training and opportunities for career progression Employee reward and recognition initiatives Skills: Events Hotel Wedding
