Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will assess and treat adult patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, designing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support safe, functional recovery. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and therapists, while educating patients and families to support long-term outcomes.
