We are actively creating a culture of wellness and purposeful living for both residents and employees./ppWorking as a Med Tech (Med Aide) with our wellness team, you will:/pulliAdminister medications and assist residents in a variety of ways to support their individual treatment plans/liliContribute information vital to the development and implementation of customized service plans/liliAdministration of treatment plans and chart medications in Medication Administration Record, document results of PRN medications and record any missed medications/liliAnswer and respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians as directed./liliMake a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency/liliWork with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are addressed in a timely manner/liliPromote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living/li/ulpCascades of Bremerton (independent living, assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Port Orchard, Belfair, Silverdale, Gig Harbor, and Port Townsend.
