As theERTMS Testing and Integration Specialist you will providesupport forGTR for both the testing of newERTMS routes, traction and other systems as well asintroducingthem into service. They are problem solvers,working pragmaticallyfor the best interests ofGTR as a business as well ascollaboratingwith the wider railway industry.

Your duties will include:-

• Able to create amotivated, healthy, respectful and constructiveworking environment; ensuring effectivecommunicationat all levels.
• Working collaborativelyboth withinGTR andwith the wider industry.Able topositivelypromoteGTR with external partners andorganisations

• Confidently leading operationaldecisions during testingconsidering the interests of all parties.
• Focusing resources and team effort on strategic goals of projects andGTR beingable to measure andevaluatetheeffectivenessofinitiatives.
• Ensure and embed a safety culture that addresses the acceptance of risk and introduces personalaccountabilityand ownership of safety related issues.
• Any duties as required by the Line Manager.
