*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle phases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to facilitate project success and organizational growth.
*Duties*
* Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum to align with organizational goals.
* Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities while managing scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed project specifications.
* Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
* Oversee program development and coordinate project portfolio management to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value.
* Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera for project scheduling, tracking progress, and resource allocation.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
* Employ Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement techniques to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
* Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during project implementation while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
* Prepare status reports and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Foster a collaborative team environment through effective meeting facilitation and conflict management strategies.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in project management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, PMI standards, SAFe, or PRINCE2.
* Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Basecamp, or similar tools.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, requirements analysis, process mapping, and business process modeling.
* Demonstrated ability in program development, program design, scope management, risk management, and cost control.
* Experience with IT infrastructure projects and familiarity with ERP systems or Product lifecycle management is preferred.
* Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
* Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective communication skills for clear documentation and presentation delivery.
* Certifications such as PMP®, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt®, or Agile certifications are highly desirable. Pay: $76,140.52 - $91,696.11 per year
