We are looking for a Product Designer with strong visual design and UX skills to work with product, engineering and other teams to design and build great products for our users and our business. Responsibilities include creating thoughtful product designs from concept through prototype and delivery, relentlessly simplifying and distilling complex business processes into intuitive and elegant user experiences, partnering with product and engineering throughout design and development, contributing to multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met, balancing exploration with standards, usability, business objectives and customer needs, and presenting designs, articulating vision and communicating feedback. Requirements include strong visual and user experience design skills with meticulous attention to detail, mastery of design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, keynote skills are a plus, strong systems design thinking, advanced understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and composition, ability to set and meet deadlines; deliver under tight timeframes, self-motivated team player able to work independently and adapt quickly in a small, fast-paced environment, minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX designer, and previous fintech design experience is a big plus.
