Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Senior
Salesforce Developer
who is responsible for
designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions, integrating third-party applications, and providing technical leadership to
other
developers.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical
expertise
in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of CRM processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
This position reports to the
Manager of
Software Development.

General
Responsibilities
Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows on the Salesforce platform
, with a focus on Education Cloud features
.
Technical Leadership
: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers,
code review
,
ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and system architecture.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
Develop
Apex
classes, triggers,
Visualforce
pages, and
Lightning Web Components
(LWC)
and
Omni
s
tudio
components
.
Implement and
maintain
API
integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Write
and
maintain
unit test
s
and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to
optimize
and
maintain
system performance.
Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provisioning sandboxes,
source control (
GitHub
),
managing
CI/CD pipelines
and deployments.
Requirements
Proficiency
in
Apex
,
Visualforce
,
Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of
Salesforce architecture
,
data model
, and
security model
.
Experience with
Salesforce APIs
(REST/SOAP)
Knowledge of
SOQL
and
SOSL
queries.
Familiarity with
Flows, triggers, and automations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
