This position is fully remote; the incumbent must be based within Arizona or Southern California and will be aligned to a designated office location for administrative purposes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitate sales process by providing financing options to end-customers in cooperation with dealership/manufacturer sales teams, coordinating closure with dealer, manufacturer, customer, and marketplace office staff. Create, develop, and implement sales strategies that promote growth of the AgDirect product in Association Partner territories. Work with centralized Business Development, Operations, and Credit Underwriting teams. Collaborate with customers, dealers, accountants, bankers, and teammates to gather sufficient and accurate financials for credit decisions. Service and cross‑sell AgDirect dealers in assigned territory with Association Partners. Coordinate with lending officers and Agri‑Business officers to identify potential AgDirect customers and provide training on program processes. Conduct training for AgDirect products and processes with agricultural manufacturers and equipment dealers; also conduct marketing and training seminars to end‑user farm and ranch customers. Coordinate local, regional, and national trade shows to develop the marketplace and generate accounts. Attend dealer association meetings and conventions, participate in manufacturer conventions and actively seek other industry influencers to promote the AgDirect product. Travel Requirements

Minimum 4‑year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience
8+ years of agriculture lending or regional sales and territory management experience in AgDirect, agriculture, or equipment leasing industry. 8+ years of sales experience. Benefits
