That’s Nice, But What’s the Job? The SilverRock Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls where you’ll educate and answer questions regarding the customer’s warranty. We simplify the complex world of automotive warranties and provide world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced call center environment.

The Specifics
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus. Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures, labor guides, and part pricing preferred.
Work from Home . Work from your home office, wearing casual attire while remaining camera‑ready. Must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet. Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT or NV.
