This role is a strong entry point for an analyst looking to build commercial acumen, technical analytics skills, and exposure to leadership‑facing work in a scaled med‑tech environment.

Use SQL to extract, join, and validate data from multiple sources to support analytical workflows.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and standardized reporting views for ongoing performance monitoring.
Build and maintain structured Excel‑based models, templates, and analyses used for planning and decision support.
Partner cross‑functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Strategy, and Analytics to gather inputs and align on assumptions.

Identify data quality issues, trends, and opportunities; communicate findings clearly and elevate risks as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, metric definitions, and analytical workflows.
What Makes You Successful
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, structured models).
Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with larger datasets.
Tableau experience (or similar BI tools) building dashboards and standardized reporting.
Demonstrated ability to dive into data, identify drivers, and synthesize insights into clear takeaways.
Mindset toward scalable analytics—automation, standardization, and reusable assets.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment.
