Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, using evidence-based interventions to support meaningful functional gains. Working within a nurturing, dynamic culture focused on high-quality, patient-centric care, you will collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehab team to design and deliver individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and contribute to ongoing clinical excellence and career growth.
