Special Education Paraprofessional

Lewis-Palmer High School is looking for a special education paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates working under general supervision will assist in conducting intensified learning experiences for students in assigned areas of study and perform a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel. Candidates will observe and record behavior patterns and develop appropriate techniques to reinforce acceptable behavior. Candidates will assist students as needed in learning self-care techniques, including toilet training, bathing, and personal cleanliness. First aid and/or CPR training are desired. Starting salary range for this position will be $19.65 - $21.21. A higher starting rate may be granted to applicants who hold one of the following: a current Colorado educator's license, bachelor's degree, RBT certification, CNA license, or RMA/CMA certificate. This is a full-time position, working 7.5 hours per day, and this position will be eligible for benefits.
