Our client is offering up to $55,000 per year and $75 per lease./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliGreets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences and close leads/liliAccurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.E. Lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distribution/liliCollects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents moves/liliCommunicates all lease and community policies to new and current residents/liliFollows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease/liliEnsures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate/liliSeeks out new residents by creative marketing techniques/liliManages lease renewal process/liliFollows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visits/li/ulpKnowledge Skills and Abilities:/pulliOne to two years of experience as an apartment leasing consultant/liliAbility to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally/liliBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media/liliAbility to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required/li/ulpWe believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day.
