Director, Field Human Resources Role Summary
The HRBP is responsible for talent retention, internal development, staffing, cultural leadership, and executing the People Plan. They serve as a trusted adviser to Operations, focusing on succession development, leadership support, and maintaining a positive, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
Staffing and selection process management, coaching managers on talent identification Ownership of succession planning and development Analyzing turnover and engagement data to improve retention Advising on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies Physical and Experience Requirements
Ability to work at least 50 hours/week, with 30-50% field presence Experience in HR, preferably 5+ years, with 2+ years as an HRBP or strategic HR role Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred Additional Information
