As Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Duties will include: 

• Supervising and coordinating daily production activities
• Leading, motivating, and supporting production teams
• Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet operational targets
• Ensuring quality standards and procedures are maintained
• Promoting a strong health & safety culture across the production floor
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Managing staff performance, attendance, and training needs

Criteria:

• Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Organised with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience working to production targets and quality standards
• Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
