The Delivery Coordinator serves as the key link between Sales and Service, ensuring a seamless preparation and delivery process for all new and used RVs. This role delivers consistently exceptional and professional experience for every guest, from the point of sale through the completion of delivery./ph3Customer Experience Delivery/h3ulliGuide new owners through the delivery process while promoting accessories and supplies that enhance their camping experience./liliEnsure a thorough and professional RV demonstration occurs for every new owner./liliPerform final quality inspection prior to delivery./liliIntroduce guests to the Service Advisor team and schedule their first service appointment./liliFollow up with guests within 24 hours of delivery to confirm satisfaction and encourage survey participation./li/ulh3Work Order Coordination/h3ulliCreate and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PDI Menu billing guidelines./liliCreate and submit all Owed to Customer work orders using the approved process and turn them over to External Advisors for completion./liliTrack all work orders through completion and final billing./liliAttend the daily 2.3.8. meeting to provide delivery updates on all sold units (SA)./liliCommunicate proactively with Sales and FI Managers regarding any potential delivery delays./liliMonitor shop workload to coordinate spot deliveries as needed./li/ulh3Lot Preparation Trade-Ins/h3ulliOversee lot preparation for all new RVs, ensuring each is prepped, warranty work completed, and ready for immediate delivery./liliCreate work orders for all trade-ins (inspection and reconditioning) and perform quality control upon completion./li/ulh3Sales Process Engagement/h3ulliConfirm delivery date and time with Sales./liliReview all sale inclusions for accuracy./liliEnsure delivery-day expectations are clearly communicated to each customer./li/ulh3Administrative Other Duties/h3ulliMaintain accurate delivery documentation, including keys, owners manuals, warranties, and paperwork./liliPerform additional administrative duties and other essential tasks as assigned./li/ulh3What Youll Need to Have for the Role:/h3ulliMinimum one year of customer service experience preferred/liliStrong communication skills, verbal and written/liliExcellent organization and follow-up abilities/liliProficient computer and multitasking skills/liliStrong independent problem-solving ability/liliAbility to follow department procedures and policies/liliExcellent customer relations and clerical accuracy/liliValid drivers license preferred/li/ulh3General Compensation Disclosure/h3pThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $40,000 - $65,000 or more.
