Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to provide valuable insights for our company. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that will help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, marketing, and customer data
Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
Identify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and accuracy
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations and presentations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Knowledge of data management, data warehousing, and data mining techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Real estate industry experience is a plus
