Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

We are seeking a "Hunter" with a proven track record of breaking into high-value referral networks. You will be the face of our restoration company, responsible for securing consistent project flow from insurance agents, property managers, and plumbing companies. This is not a "desk job"it is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for someone who can build trust rapidly and close the deal.

Compensation: Base salary plus performance based commission structure with no cap. Top performers in this industry typically earn between $97,000 and $200,000+ annually. Medical, dental and vision coverage offered, 401(k) with company match, auto allowance and expense account, cell phone and laptop provided by company.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate key "Centers of Influence" (COIs), specifically local insurance agencies and large-scale property management firms.
  • Plumbing Referral Program: Build and manage a network of plumbing contractors to become their primary "first responder" for water damage leads.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent presence at industry events and trade shows to keep our brand top-of-mind.
  • The Close: Educate partners on our restoration process and secure the "first right of refusal" on all emergency claims.
  • Accountability: Utilize CRM software daily to track outreach efforts, lead conversion, and project status.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in restoration, construction, or insurance.
  • The "Closer" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn a "no" into a partnership through persistence and value-based selling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Xactimate or restoration project lifecycles is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; must be comfortable talking in front of a group of decision makers.
