Project Support – Royal Palm South Beach Assist Project Directors with day-to-day project coordination Support construction progress tracking, reporting, and documentation Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and dashboards Participate in project meetings, site calls, and coordination efforts Update Trackers and Reports Complete ad hoc activities Operations & Hotel Opening Support Support pre-opening readiness activities, including: Stock & train preparation, FF&E / OS&E coordination and area turnover sequence. Help align construction progress with operations ramp-up Track Marriott brand requirements and opening milestones Design & Construction Team Support Assist with capital project tracking and reporting Support preparation of executive summaries and presentations Help organize project documentation, submittals, and change orders Conduct research on materials, systems, and construction solutions Analytical & Administrative Support Prepare meeting notes, action logs, and follow-ups Support Excel-based data tracking and analysis Assist in building visual reporting tools and presentations What Skills Would It Be Advantageous To Have?
