Your role focuses on providing personal care and restorative procedures to residents. Tasks may vary from full assistance with daily living activities to helping residents achieve greater independence in these activities. As a key member of the nursing team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ensures the highest quality of care and support./ppPay Rate: $16.50-$25.50 per hour/ppBenefits:/pulliMedical, Dental, Vision and additional other voluntary benefits/lili401k with company match/liliGenerous Paid Leave Policy/liliFree uniforms after hire/liliDaily Pay partner/liliNewly renovated breakrooms - fully stocked beverages/liliMonthly Employee Appreciation Events and Celebrations/li/ulpAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your responsibilities include:/pulliPerforming personal care tasks and assisting residents with activities of daily living./liliSupporting residents in achieving independence in self-performance activities./liliMaintaining compliance with HIPAA guidelines and regulations./liliCollaborating closely with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Administrator, and other team members./liliDemonstrating patience, understanding, and tact when interacting with residents, families, and staff./liliManaging sudden changes in census, inappropriate or combative residents, and emotionally taxing situations with professionalism./liliMaintaining a calm demeanor during emergencies./liliFollowing verbal and written communications in English./liliProblem-solving effectively and interpreting instructions accurately./liliCommunicating effectively with individuals of all educational levels./liliAdapting to an environment with constant interruptions./liliLearning and operating technical materials and equipment./liliEntering and obtaining information using computer systems./liliAdhering to facility policies, nursing service procedures, and care standards./liliOrganizing and managing a flexible schedule to coordinate job responsibilities./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpTo excel as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will need:/pulliA high school diploma, GED, or equivalent./liliA certificate documenting successful completion of a nurse aide training course approved by the Illinois Board of Educators or equivalent qualification as defined by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation./liliActive listing or eligibility to be listed on the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation CNA registry./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills./liliThe ability to handle emotionally and physically demanding situations with professionalism./liliCompetence in using technical equipment and learning new materials efficiently./li/ul/div
