Design solutions for reactor structures and components from requirements through final design Coordinate inputs and requirements from Engineering and Project teams to develop design solutions Perform scoping analysis and calculations, and interface with engineering analysis activities
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience Extensive experience with equipment and component design, familiar with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III Experience writing detailed design specifications and knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) Proficiency in finite element stress analysis and tools like ANSYS Familiarity with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
