Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Specialist, with the flexibility of occasional work remotely. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance products, handling insurance brokerage tasks, processing claims, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and delivering personalized insurance and financial solutions. Qualifications Proven expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with a strong understanding of policies and industry standards Solid foundation in Finance principles with the ability to analyze individual and business financial needs Strong Communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients Exceptional Customer Service skills, showcasing the ability to build trust and deliver personalized support Attention to detail, time management, and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Knowledge of Relay software is beneficial CIP or QFA qualification preferred
