Key Responsibilities
Manage project priorities and deliverables across multiple initiatives, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder needs
Conduct and document moderately complex financial analysis projects
Interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control
Provide regular revenue and/or expense analyses and reports
Provide analysis to determine present and future performance
Support the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and systems
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards; good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; basic proficiency in personal computer use, word‐processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; ability to work on a team.
Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.
Competitive Edge
Strong technical skills with working knowledge of Power BI
Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous Red Cross experience is a plus
Salary The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000.
American Red Cross salaries are aligned with the geographic location where the work is primarily performed. Other factors may also be considered, including specific skills, years of experience, and comparisons to other employees in the same role.
