Weve just raised a fresh round of investor funding, and are investing in expanding our sales team to accelerate our growth./ph3Job Overview/h3pThe Sales Account Executive will focus on cultivating new clients in the college, university, and foundation sectors to expand AwardSprings market share. The role requires managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, leveraging SaaS sales experience to achieve growth targets./ppThis role is based in Chicago, and offers a hybrid work-style. Candidates should expect to be in our West Loop office three days per week./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliBuilding pipeline through outbound sales efforts into your territory, engaging prospects to generate new business opportunities/liliManage the sales process for your assigned accounts, including: ulliConducting discovery calls to understand prospective clients scholarship processes./liliDelivering demonstrations of the AwardSpring platform./liliEngaging with multiple stakeholders across departments in higher education institutions./liliArticulating client challenges and presenting AwardSprings solutions effectively./liliDriving deals to close using a structured and confident sales approach./li/ul/liliCollaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to qualify leads and opportunities./liliTravel to industry conferences and visit prospective customers to win deals.
