Drive high-impact, large-scale projects from concept to completion Set project strategy, define scope, manage risks, and optimize resources Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership Lead vendor partnerships and align stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners Establish and maintain program governance, risk management, and change control processes Track and report program progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders Support organizational change management, process restructuring, and system implementation efforts Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related discipline 5+ years of progressive project/program management experience At least 3 years managing large, cross-functional programs in a regulated environment Proficiency in software development practices such as Agile Strong problem solving and project management skills Certification(s): Formal program/project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) strongly preferred Proficiency with MS Office suite (MS Project experience highly desirable) Benefits:
