Provides day-to-day consultation and support to employees regarding various inquiries and policy-related questions. Manages and maintains employee personnel files, including creating new hire files, and updating records throughout their employment. Assists in gathering and maintaining required leave documentation records; monitor return-to-work dates and status updates. Gathers data and provides reports for Operations and HR teams related to leaves and absenteeism. Leads the offboarding process for employees including preparing and distributing separation documents, coordinating final pay, updating HRIS system. Requirements:
At least 2 years of previous Human Resources experience required. Previous experience supporting multiple locations / multiple states required. Previous government contracting experience preferred. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Benefits:
