Speech Language Pathologist

VNS Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based care to patients in the Bronx. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients across diverse age groups. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, and educate patients and caregivers to support progress at home.
