This position is responsible for continuing positive customer relationships and identifying new potential customers. This position is also responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals at an acceptable margin./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliBuilds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads./liliCommunicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs./liliDemonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs./liliEnsures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale./liliMaintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest./liliMaintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems./liliProvides periodic territory sales forecasts./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills./liliExcellent sales and negotiation skills./liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment./liliReading prints./liliCreating material estimates./liliSourcing special orders./li/ul/div
