Head of Customer Analytics Dublin - 2 days onsite per week Daily Rate Contract We have partnered with an enterprise client in Dublin that is looking for a Senior Analytics Leader to join their team on a rolling contract basis. In this key role, you will engage with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organisation, maximising the value of customer data for the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team. Define the vision for Customer Analytics and drive customer and commercial value. Build strong partnerships across business, IT, data, and marketing teams. Deliver actionable insights to improve marketing and campaign performance. Lead marketing measurement initiatives, including attribution and media mix modelling. Drive advanced analytics and data science projects that support customer growth and engagement. Foster a strong commercial and performance-focused culture within the team. About You 10+ years' experience in Data or Customer Analytics. Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes. Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes. Expertise in marketing analytics Strong understanding of attribution modelling, media mix modelling, and statistical analysis. Experience partnering with Data Engineering teams to scale analytics capabilities. Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
