Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems) Own implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript, with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial) Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks Business process analysis skills — you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes Bonus: experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry Benefits:
