Lead EMS/SCADA software implementation and support projects across NAM and LAM Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution and support activities Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issue resolution, and customer communications Manage support and service contracts across LAM in both Portuguese and Spanish environments and in NAM region in English Perform financial management activities including forecasting, budgeting, pacing, cost tracking, and reporting Apply project management best practices to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Mentor less experienced team members and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
Solid experience in Services and Digital Project Management Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, documentation, and program delivery Experience leading EMS/SCADA software implementation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience managing support contracts in LAM and customer engagements in NAM, in multilingual environments (English, Spanish, Portuguese) Strong communication skills with solid financial management and project forecasting experience Benefits:
