10+ years of backend engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems Test automation expertise — this is essential AI experience — professional experience is ideal; personal projects or demonstrated passion are also valuable C# experience — nice to have, not required Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud services, and backend architecture Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make sound technical decisions Benefits:
