Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) – Full-Time | Private Practice

We are a small, privately owned dental practice seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and friendly Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit environment and is looking to grow with a long-term team.

Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and enjoys providing excellent patient care. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced private practice setting.

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Thursday (8+ hours/day)

Pay & Compensation

• $22–$33 per hour, based on experience and skills
• 2 weeks PTO

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
• Take dental radiographs and assist with patient charting
• Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene instructions
• Ensure patient comfort throughout appointments
• Support the clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations
• Assist with front office responsibilities as needed, including scheduling, answering phones, and patient check-in/check-out

Requirements

• Active RDA license preferred, but DA candidates will also be considered
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to work independently when needed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
