proven experience leading distributed, remote engineering teams a strong sense of ownership track record of helping teams ship customer-facing features quickly and iteratively demonstrated ability to hire, onboard, and mentor high-performing engineers track record of establishing and promoting strong engineering practices and processes comfortable working directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues background in high-scale distributed systems strong experience in TypeScript and Node.js experience building and deploying production SaaS software bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Benefits:
