Project Cost Accountant Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing global manufacturer and distributor, based in West Dublin. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze project budgets, actual costs, committed spend, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial tracking. Prepare weekly project cost reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards to support informed decision-making. Validate cost inputs from procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting standards. Participate in project review meetings, providing financial insights and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders. Develop standardized financial templates, cost models, and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and streamline processes. Requirements Qualified aAccountant with at least 5 years of experience in cost engineering, financial analysis, or project controls within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar industries. High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI is advantageous. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret trends to influence decision-making. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, along with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Salary:€100k plus benefits. This role will be based 5 days on site in West Dublin.
