GTM / Sales Recruiter Lexington, MA Long-Term Contract | Possible Temp-to-Hire $40–60/hr depending on experience Our client, a fast-paced and growing organization in the technology space, is seeking an experienced GTM / Sales Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Lexington, MA. This individual will focus on recruiting high-performing go-to-market talent across sales, customer success, business development, partnerships, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and has strong experience partnering with hiring managers to attract top commercial talent. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM and sales-related roles including Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships positions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create recruiting strategies, and provide market insight Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment Coordinate and manage interview processes from initial outreach through offer stage Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed Assist with recruiting process improvements and hiring best practices Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on GTM, sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles Prior experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, life sciences, biotech, or corporate environments preferred Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talent Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Comfortable partnering directly with leadership and hiring managers Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities Additional Details Hybrid schedule preferred; candidates local to the Lexington, MA area strongly encouraged Long-term contract with potential for permanent hire Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Immediate hiring need
