No exceptions (Sorry) Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work, if desired (9/80 schedule) Gelogics is seeking a Business Analyst experienced with Process Mapping and Modeling to move to a Digital Enterprise by modeling the link between all business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation REQUIRED SKILLS U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent field with a Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience Experience with business process modeling techniques and have hands-on experience with process improvement projects. Proven work experience as a Business Process Engineer or similar role Experience with business process mapping and modeling Knowledge of business process management principles and best practices *Process gap identification and process flow optimization recommendation experience Proven experience mapping process to roles and responsibilities to tools to data flow Experience using digitalization mapping tools such as Prime BPM Experience leading Kaizen events Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills DESIRED SKILLS Experience with structured problem solving techniques Knowledge of technical requirements and systems relevant to Combat Vehicles Knowledge of metrics related to Agile and use of them to report back to team members at all levels 1+ years of Scrum/Agile management In-depth knowledge of Engineering and/or manufacturing environments Experience with project management Responsibilities Map business processes both within and across multiple cross functional departments including engineering, finance, manufacturing and supply chain. Creating process maps and flowcharts to help visualize and understand the process including activities, roles and responsibilities, data and tool/software usage. Collaborating with various business units, stakeholders, and team members to gather process information and requirements Assessing existing business processes and drive process improvements by identifying areas for waste, redundancy or lack of clarification. Designing efficient and effective business processes that meet the business needs and objectives Assist in the successful deployment of the process changes to the business including communication, training and after deployment feedback. Training and guiding staff members on new processes and procedures Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of new processes and making adjustments as necessary Maintain process models in a configuration control environment. Act as a subject matter expert in helping to move business from a digital process environment to digitalizing all business processes together within a enterprise-wide integrated state.
