What You'll Do:

As an STNA at Community Skilled Health Care Centre, you will provide hands-on care to residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' health, behavior, and physical condition.
• Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Supporting other team members and collaborating to provide the best possible care for our residents.

What We're Looking For:

• Active STNA certification in Ohio.
• A caring, empathetic attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
