*Responsibilities*
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, and other project management methodologies to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and business process modeling to define clear project scopes and objectives.
* Manage project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Primavera P6; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
* Conduct root cause analysis and risk management activities to identify potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Oversee project portfolio management to prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational strategy; utilize earned value management for performance tracking.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams through effective meeting facilitation, conflict management, and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts while overseeing IT infrastructure projects and integration efforts involving ERP systems or content management systems.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma principles like Kaizen for continuous improvement; utilize data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
* Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout project lifecycle; facilitate requirements analysis and scope management processes.
* Use PPM tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet for documentation and reporting purposes.
*Experience*
* Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with a strong background in project engineering or product development.
* Demonstrated expertise in project management lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
* Extensive knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
* Strong understanding of methodologies including Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and PMBOK standards.
* Experience in program development, program design, and program management with a focus on process improvement initiatives like Kaizen or Lean methodologies.
* Skilled in requirements gathering/analysis, requirements management, risk assessment, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent organizational skills paired with technical writing abilities; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
* Effective communicator with presentation skills capable of leading meetings and negotiating with diverse stakeholders across IT infrastructure or business units. Pay: $65,056.85 - $78,348.03 per year
