Housekeeping & Cleaning
Perform detailed cleaning and turnover preparation for the luxury Airbnb farmhouse Maintain cleanliness and organization in the owners’ home Ensure all spaces are consistently clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented Change linens, wash and organize laundry, and fold towels consistently and neatly Deep clean as needed and maintain high standards throughout the property Water indoor and outdoor plants and help maintain a calm, cared-for atmosphere throughout the homes Monitor household and cleaning supplies and communicate when items need restocking Help maintain organization systems throughout the homes and shared spaces Cooking & Food Preparation
Prepare healthy, nourishing meals for the owners and family Occasionally prepare meals for Airbnb guests, retreats, workshops, and farm events Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces Assist with grocery organization, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory Garden & Farm Support
Help care for gardens and outdoor spaces around the property Water plants, assist with seasonal planting, and harvest produce from the garden when needed Support the overall beauty and upkeep of the property through light outdoor tasks Occasionally assist with simple farm-related tasks as needed Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate: Has exceptional attention to detail Naturally notices what needs to be done without constant direction Enjoys cleaning, organizing, gardening, and creating beautiful spaces Loves cooking and preparing thoughtful, healthy meals Can multitask and remain efficient during busy days Is highly reliable, proactive, and trustworthy Works well independently Is adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats Communicates clearly and professionally Takes pride in maintaining high standards Enjoys being part of a family-oriented, fast-moving environment Appreciates nature, animals, gardening, and a slower, more intentional lifestyle Is physically active and energized by hands-on work Skills & Experience Preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping, private home management, Airbnb cleaning, hospitality, cooking, gardening, or similar hands-on roles Experience working in luxury homes or hospitality environments is a strong plus Comfortable cooking healthy and delicious meals Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Flexible schedule and willingness to occasionally work weekends, especially Fridays and Sundays due to Airbnb turnovers and events Position Details
