Job Description: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join The RedHead Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our prepackaged accounting and financial health services to small businesses. Your primary duties will include door-to-door sales, client follow-up, and upselling additional services to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Conduct door-to-door sales to small businesses, presenting The RedHead Solutions' prepackaged accounting services. Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our service packages to potential clients. Close sales efficiently without the need to tailor or customize solutions.
  • Follow-Up & Client Retention: Provide timely follow-up to leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction with services. Address client inquiries and concerns to maintain strong client relationships. Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Upselling & Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell additional prepackaged services to existing clients. Present upgrades or complementary packages to maximize client value and satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and performance.
  • Market Presence: Represent The RedHead Solutions professionally in the community to enhance brand visibility. Attend networking events and business expos as needed to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or business-to-business environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently close deals using pre-defined service offerings.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with accounting or financial services is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
