If you thrive in a fast-paced urgent care or medical office setting, adapt quickly, and pride yourself on both accuracy and compassion, we want you here./ppWhat Youll Do/pullistrongClinical Care:/strong Greet and triage patients, collect vitals/histories, perform venipuncture and CLIA-waived point-of-care testing (COVID, flu, strep, glucose, A1C, UA, etc.), assist with minor procedures, wound care, EKGs, and nebulizer therapy./lilistrongInsurance Verification Front Desk:/strong Register patients, verify insurance eligibility, determine financial responsibility, collect co-pays, reconcile payment logs, and maintain EMR accuracy./lilistrongPatient Service:/strong Educate patients on both clinical procedures and financial expectations, provide clear discharge instructions, and de-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism./lilistrongTeam Compliance:/strong Participate in daily huddles, maintain compliance logs (crash cart, fridge temps, etc.), support infection-control and HIPAA standards./li/ulpWhat Were Looking For/pulliCompletion of an accredited Medical Assistant program./lilistrongActive national MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) at hire./strong/lilistrongAt least 1+ year of experience with insurance verification and patient registration/strong required./liliActive BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period./liliUrgent care or emergency room experience highly valued./liliEMR proficiency (Experity preferred); comfort with payer portals (e.g., Waystar)./liliProven venipuncture and specimen collection skills./li/ulpAdditional requirements/pulliMust successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check as a condition of employment./liliFull availability including ability to work evenings/weekends and float to nearby centers as needed./li/ulpWhy Youll Love Working Here/pulliCompetitive pay and benefits package./liliOpportunities for professional growth and cross-training./liliCollaborative, supportive, patient-first team culture./liliMake an impact by delivering The Right Care.
