Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences

Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and activities

Provide expert advice, destination insights, and recommendations

Ensure accuracy of bookings, payments, and travel documentation

Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after client trips

Passion for travel and client service

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests

Comfortable with digital tools and online booking platforms

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
