We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join CLOUDeBERRY and take full ownership of new business growth.
This is a high upside opportunity suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals.
The role focuses on helping businesses with IT support, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, managed technology services, and AI driven business solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and growth.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales process, and converting prospects into clients.
From first outreach through to onboarding, you will own the entire journey and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Execute outbound outreach across LinkedIn and other agreed channels
- Identify and engage target prospects
- Initiate and manage conversations with decision makers
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Run discovery calls and present solutions
- Progress and close deals
- Manage client onboarding and handover
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Commercially aware and results driven
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Commission led structure with uncapped earning potential
- Full ownership of the sales process
