Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a region by supporting and partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director to drive operational efficiency and sales effectiveness. This individual will serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners, while managing reporting, dashboards, and key administrative processes. The role also supports onboarding, event coordination, and day-to-day sales operations, helping ensure seamless execution and strong alignment across the region. Key responsibilities include developing working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, partnering with the Regional Sales Director on budget planning and ad hoc reporting, managing daily sales dashboards and KPIs, supporting onboarding for new hires, organizing logistical activities for meetings and events, providing administrative support, and more. Required skills include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, occasional lifting, frequent use of hands and fingers, visual activity, occasional standing and walking, and occasional travel.
