This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by the salesperson, sourcing products needed to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. Coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of material and ensuring AR customers receive their monthly invoices timely. Coordinator will function as an accounts receivable person and assist in timely customer collections. This position may require working near a highly precarious place and moving mechanical parts. There may be a risk of electrical shock. The position may be exposed to vibrations, airborne particles or toxic chemicals./ppPhysical Demands This position involves frequently sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically includes standing, walking and use of hands and arms.
