We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Representative to expand our presence and build lasting partnerships within the community.
Position Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with multifamily housing partners, property management companies, and insurance professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the disaster restoration industry and the ability to position our services as a trusted solution provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with multifamily property managers, asset managers, and ownership groups
- Develop referral partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, and carriers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
- Execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking within the assigned territory
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years of experience in business development or sales within the disaster restoration industry
- Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, and mitigation services
- Established relationships within multifamily housing and/or insurance markets preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
