CNA LTC

Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a CNA LTC for their New Lisbon, WI location.

• The client Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility.
• This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.
• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.
• Report on any changes in resident conditions to the nurse
• Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed
• Meeting resident needs in a timely manner
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse
• Perform other duties as requested

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Current BLS required
• Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year
