The brands focus on creating timeless, effortless shoes that are engineered to empower women with both confidence and comfort has resonated around the world, as Stuart Weitzman is now available in all corners of the globe through an array of websites, boutiques, and retail partners./ppPrimary Purpose: Deliver sales to achieve store and individual goals, execute company initiatives and operational standards./ppThe successful individual will leverage their proficiency in sales to:/pulliSupport the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plan./liliMentor, motivate, and develop team to deliver Stuart Weitzmans Selling Ceremony and operational standards./liliStay current with the market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors./liliDeliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience./liliConsistently and in a timely manner, complete all types of operational tasks including maintaining store (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards./liliProcess shipments as needed./liliReplenish inventory on sales floor as needed./liliCollaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture./liliAdhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention./liliCollaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to support the team in elevating client experience and sales./liliPerform and supervise store opening and closing procedures./liliBe brand ambassadors of Stuart Weitzman./li/ulpThe accomplished individual will possess:/pulliStrong communication skills both oral and written./liliExcellent organization and attention to detail./liliKnowledge of POS, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS)./li/ulpThe accomplished individual must have:/pulliAbility to execute at a fast pace./liliAbility to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required./liliAbility to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers./liliAbility to meet SW Scheduling Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays./li/ulpAn outstanding professional will have:/pulli1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred./liliHigh school diploma or equivalents work experience preferred./li/ulpNote: This document serves only as a sample of job duties and responsibilities and does not include an exhaustive list of all performance requirements./ppStuart Weitzman is part of Caleres Inc., a market-leading portfolio of global footwear brands that includes Famous Footwear, Allen Edmonds, Sam Edelman, Naturalizer, Vionic, and more.
